Dear Business Partners,
With the dramatically increasing numbers published by the German RKI, we are getting also increasingly concerned and worried about how things will go from here.
So today we are giving you a brief overview of the current situation at Jokisch & rhoba-Chemie GmbH.
At current all operational processes are running normal, which means that there have been little or no disruption to the day-to-day business at all.
So far, we have been able to avoid short work in both companies and we want to continue to do so.
The Jokisch / rhoba-chemie group of companies results in redundancies and emergency plans have been developed that provide for certain escalation levels.
So far, however, no reason for these to be activated.
From today's perspective (November 10th, 2020), the supply situation with raw materials, containers, etc. is currently not been seen as critical.
The cross-company crisis team continues to provide regular advice on the current situation in order to implement the measures defined in the emergency plans at an early stage.
This includes, e.g. the increased use of home office. The technical precautions have been taken for this. Visits by our sales force and technical support staff are carried out by us under the known precautionary and hygiene measures and we also receive visitors accordingly at our locations.
This also applies to the rhoba-Chemie team, which, upon request, carries out the necessary machine cleaning and installation for the KSS maintenance and monitoring systems and regular service visits as usual.
Careful scheduling and coordination, taking also into account and following the precautionary distance and hygiene measures, is a top priority in our offices and production sites!
A relocation of production to the "sister company" is prepared if the situation should require it and means for you the security that you will receive your goods, even if a quarantine situation is possibly ordered by authorities in one of the two companies.
In addition to maintaining the health of our employees, the top priority is also the ability to deliver our products to our customers.
Wherever we can influence this through our actions, we do so.
However, we cannot influence external factors either.
There are sometimes delays due to a shortage of transport capacities and in the event of order peaks, there may also be delays in your deliveries due to vacation times, or more intense border inspections during transits.
As a precautionary measure, we therefore ask you to excuse any possible delays in processing your valued orders. The teams from rhoba-chemie and Jokisch do everything to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Early orders from your side can also help to minimize possible delays.
Together is the word of the hour, together we must continue to master this unprecedented situation.
The virus has all of us "under control" and we will surely have to live with it for a while!
