APA Holding takes over rhoba Chemie

With effective date 1st of Sept. 2019
rhoba-Chemie GmbH based in 33699 Bielefeld,
Gustav-Winkler-Str. 32a
and registered under the civil register HRB 35610 at register court Bielefeld,
has been taken over to 100% by Hamburg based APA Holding GmbH,
Himmelstr.19a,
22299 Hamburg, registered under the civil register HRB 103250 at the register court Hamburg.
APA Holding GmbH, whose sole shareholder, president & CEO with single signatory power is Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Pawlik,
is also in the possession of 100% of the shares of the Oerlinghausen based Jokisch GmbH, 33813 Oerlinghausen, Industriestr. 5 registered under the civil register HRB 3900 at the register court Lemgo.
Both companies are being represented by Dipl. – Ing. Andreas Pawlik, as president & CEO with single signatory power and operate independently in the market
as far as the general operations and the brand presence is concerned.
This is a tremendous success and offers for both companies, their staff, partners and customers additional business opportunities under the roof of the APA Holding GmbH.
Both companies will continue to operate separately in the market with two strong and well established brands, which in certain areas will complement their related offer.
As far as organizational changes are concerned the following has been implemented:
The management of Jokisch GmbH now consists of Mr. Thomas Sengenhoff (Global Sales),
Mr. Christian Dornieden (IT, Marketing/Controlling and customer service)
as authorized representatives and Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Pawlik as president/CEO with sole signatory power.
Mr. Benjamin Schikowski, former head of R&D and applicational support has left Jokisch GmbH as of 31st. of August 2019.
In succession Mr. Ibrahim Bazyar has taken over the role of applicational support for OEMs and direct customers,
Mrs. Julia Andexer has been appointed head of laboratory and Mr. Gottfried Noschmann has been take up the role as head of R&D.
At rhoba-Chemie GmbH the former owner and president/CEO is no longer in these roles.
However will assist a smooth transition as external consultant for a certain period of time.
The new owner, president &CEO with sole signatory power Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Pawlik (IT/Digital, Marketing, Production, Finance/Controlling and Personnel)
together with Mr.Benjamin Schikowski (Sales, Laboratories, R&D, Applicational support) as authorized representative form the new management of rhoba-Chemie GmbH.
Decisions to add to the management team will be subject to later announcements.
Both companies will extensively exchange in areas like R&D, Products and Services, Purchasing, IT/Digital, Marketing to identify and to realize potential synergies where appropriate for the benefit of the group.
Sales channels and structures remain unchanged. Both brands are deployed in parallel and will work with existing and new customers and segments in line with an “Omni-Channel and multi-Brand” strategy.
Staff in both organizations have been informed about the above changes on Monday, 2nd of Sept. 2019 and, together with both management teams, are seeing the future opportunities with a lot of optimism and passion.
