Application
For all metals, ferrous and non-ferrous, e.g. Steel, conventional or alloyed, all types of castings: cast steel, malleable cast iron, die casting. Copper and its alloys, such as brass, red brass, etc., and all chrome-nickel alloys. It is ideal for: cutting and non-cutting operations. For non-cutting operations: Rolling, deep drawing, wire drawing, pipe bending, etc. Tapping, centering, reaming as well as drilling and milling.
Characteristics
Viscosity adjustment: If, depending on the load, the viscosity no longer meets the requirements, it is appropriate to adjust the viscosity with water. Add the appropriate amount of water, not over 20° dH, slowly until desired viscosity, however not more than 20% water. Example: To 10 liters of metalworking oil = 2 liters of water. For further processing of the machined workpieces such as burnishing, varnishing, electroplating, etc., the residuals can be removed very well with conventional degreasing agents.
