Application
High performance cutting oil for the machining of free cutting steels. The product fulfills the requirements of a multi-purpose oil with regard to hydraulic lubrication according to DIN 51524 part 2 and gear lubrication according to DIN 51517 part 3. Also suitable for flat, grooved and ball grinding.
Characteristics
It consists of highly refined mineral oils with polar and high pressure (EP) additives. These cutting-active agents increase the pressure absorption capacity of the oils, reduce wear on the tools and thus extend their service life. In addition, the surface of the machined workpiece is improved.
