Application
Used in brush, immersion and spray procedure, steam-jet machine or washbowl. When used in ultrasonic baths, the temperature should not exceed 38 ° C. Due to the relatively rapid evaporation, in many cases it can be used as an alternative to hydrogen halides for cleaning all common metals. It is ideal for dissolving and flow washing oils, greases, waxes and other contaminants.
Characteristics
Remaining residual film is rapidly volatile in a warm air stream (even a cold air stream accelerates the evaporation considerably). Does not attack steel, iron, cast iron, aluminum or non-ferrous metals. Plastics, elastomere soft rubber, etc. should be proofed for their durability.
